Long hours at a desk, being on your feet all day, restless nights — your body often speaks up through aches in the neck, shoulders, back and legs. The massage treatments at Latus help you release each muscle group, get your circulation flowing and feel light again, in a warm, quiet space filled with candlelight and the scent of essential oils.
Which treatment should I choose?
- Essential Oil Body Massage — a full-body massage with essential oils, ideal when you need to switch off completely after a stressful week.
- Essential Oil Body Massage with Hot Stones — warm stones placed along the back and over tight muscles let the heat sink in deeply, so muscles soften faster. A good choice if your hands and feet often feel cold, or if you've been living with aches for a while.
- Traditional Medicine Body Massage — acupressure on key points along the meridians, with firmer pressure — for anyone who enjoys a deep, satisfying massage focused on sore spots.
- Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage — a quick fix for office workers: it eases stiff necks and shoulders, clears the head and helps you refocus.
- Foot Massage — works the feet and calves to relieve heavy, tired legs, perfect if you walk or stand a lot.
- 15-minute treatments (head, feet, or neck & shoulders) — add one to any service when you'd like extra attention on a particular area.
Not sure what to choose? Just tell our receptionist how your body is feeling, and your therapist will suggest the right treatment and pressure for you.

Frequently asked questions
How often should I have a massage? If you work in an office or are very active, once or twice a week helps keep your body feeling comfortable.
60 or 90 minutes? 60 minutes is enough for a relaxing full-body session. Choose 90 or 120 minutes if you'd like your therapist to spend extra time on sore or tired areas.
Do I need to book in advance? We recommend it, especially for evenings and weekends, so Latus can hold a room and a therapist for you.
